Bike garage

• Multi-bike garage: name, brand, model, year, frame size and type for each bike. Free for 2 bikes, unlimited with Pro.
• Bike health score: a single score per bike based on how far each component is from its service window (Pro).
• Spec sheets: MTB and e-MTB spec sheets with a searchable catalog of forks, shocks, drivetrain and brake components.
• E-bike battery reminder: a warning when an e-bike has sat unused long enough to matter for the battery.

Component wear and maintenance tracking

• Wear tracking per component: chain, cassette, front and rear brake pads, front and rear tyres, fork and more, each with its own distance counter and service window.
• Service baseline questionnaire: tell PedalCare what was already serviced when you add a bike, so counters start from reality instead of zero.
• Wear profile: record your terrain, weather exposure, riding intensity, drivetrain care and weekly volume. It produces an explainable wear multiplier used by future estimates.
• Critical components view: one screen per bike showing every tracked part, its distance since service and whether it is due.
• One-tap service logging: log a component service from the maintenance screen and the counter resets.

Automatic mileage from your rides

• Strava: opt-in sync of your own gear distances so each bike's odometer follows your Strava rides. Optional: PedalCare appends a short maintenance note to new Strava activities.
• Garmin Connect: imported activities are assigned to bikes, automatically by default or manually if you prefer, and update the odometer.
• Apple Watch: cycling workouts from the Watch are imported and assigned to bikes on iPhone, plus a companion Watch app.
• Data source control: choose Automatic, Strava, Garmin Connect or Apple Watch as the source of truth per account.
• Kilometres or miles: follows your Strava profile, or force km or mi in Settings. Stored data always stays in kilometres.

Service history and costs

• Service records: date, mileage, cost, notes, photos and receipts for every job, per bike.
• Parts and labour split: record what you paid for parts and what you paid the mechanic.
• Service history analytics: total events, recorded spend, latest service and monthly cadence over the last 12 months (Pro).
• Part usage: how many kilometres each component actually lasted before replacement (Pro).
• Cost per kilometre: cost efficiency over time and a breakdown into parts, labour and consumables (Pro).
• Parts Assistant: AI-backed replacement part suggestions from a service record, with rate limits to keep it fair.

Race Hub

• UCI calendar: browse upcoming UCI races by discipline and country.
• Local events: add club races and local rides with a countdown (Pro).
• Race registration and reminders: mark the events you attend and get reminders as race day approaches (Pro).
• Pre-race checklist: a checklist adapted to the bike and discipline, with maintenance warnings pulled from the bike's wear state (Pro).

Tools

• Recommended tyre pressure: front and rear pressure from rider and bike weight, tyre width, terrain and tubeless setup, saved per bike.
• Home screen widgets: iOS and Android widgets with bike status and saved pressures.
• Apple Watch app: bike status on your wrist.
• Notifications: service reminders, race reminders and e-bike battery warnings.

Pro is a monthly or yearly subscription with a one-month free trial, managed through the App Store or Google Play.

Privacy and your data

• You control integrations: connect or disconnect Strava, Garmin Connect and Apple Watch at any time; access is limited to your own data.
• Deletion on request: disconnecting removes Strava-derived data promptly, and account deletion removes your bikes, records and photos.
• Secure transport: all traffic uses HTTPS; tokens are stored securely on device.
